Use these official Las Animas County and Colorado contacts:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Arrest reports and bookings: Las Animas County Sheriff's Office, 2309 E. Main St., Trinidad, 719-846-2211; weekdays 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Court case files: Las Animas Combined Court, 200 E. First St., Room 304, Trinidad, 719-846-3316; weekdays 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
- Colorado criminal histories: Colorado Bureau of Investigation and its ICHC service
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Sealing: file in the court where the case or record was filed
